COMMON AREAS
Restrooms are cleaned throughout the day and at night. Frequency often depends upon the traffic in a particular restroom. Toilets, urinals, and sinks are cleaned, all paper supplies are replenished, soap dispensers are refilled, and trash containers are emptied at least nightly.
Water fountains are cleaned and sanitized, carpet is cleaned of spots, debris, and soil, the lobby floor is polished and kept free of debris, and elevators are cleaned, vacuumed, and polished.
TENANT SPACES
Tenant spaces are cleaned Monday through Thursday night, after hours, and Saturday morning. Routine cleaning tasks include dusting all office areas and desks, vacuuming open areas and under furniture, spot cleaning carpets, sweeping/mopping hard floor surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, dusting window blinds, and cleaning interior partition glass.
