CENTER WEST offers an online Service Request System. This system allows Tenants to submit requests for maintenance, to track the status of previously submitted requests, and to download forms. Building Management will provide Tenant’s authorized representative with a unique user name and password to log into the system. Click here to download the Service Order form.

Upon move-in, a brief tutorial is provided and Building Management is available for assistance using the system at any time.
