DESIGN EFFICIENCIES

CENTER WEST is designed to provide Tenants with the highest quality service and efficiency. Tenants have the freedom to design custom offices to meet their space needs and enhance their business’ image.

CENTER WEST’s column-free floors that average 15,500 square feet enable highly efficient space utilization. The single corridor configuration, 39-foot bay depths, deliberate placement of tenant mechanical service areas on each floor and use of 9′-4″ modules maximize layout efficiency. Extensive pre-planning ensures that tenants will meet their space requirements with minimal rentable area.

Building Management has the capability and resources to coordinate remodeling or redecorating from beginning to end. The Tenant’s goals and objectives are thoroughly reviewed. Management then develops written specifications to assist the Tenant in achieving those goals. There are many advantages to utilizing the on-site staff including convenience, quality workmanship, quick response, and effective follow-up.
