Tenant Manual

Larger Shipments and Deliveries
All larger deliveries and pick-ups must be scheduled 48 hours in advance with Building Management and must take place on weekdays after 3:00pm. After-hours or weekend deliveries and pick-ups must be scheduled at least 10 days in advance. Unless prior arrangements have been approved by Management, security personnel are not authorized to allow access. This policy also applies to personal property of employees.

All delivery personnel must enter and exit the Building using the freight elevator. All delivery persons entering the main lobby from Wilshire will be escorted to the freight elevator by the Lobby Attendant. If the Attendant is unavailable, the individual must exit the Lobby and proceed to the back of the Building, and execute the delivery by way of the loading dock and the freight elevator.

When receiving freight or any other type of delivery, it would be prudent to arrange for any packaging materials to be removed from CENTER WEST by the delivering carrier or the supplier. In the event Building Management personnel is requested or required to dispose of wooden pallets and/or packaging materials that are above and beyond the normal daily refuse generated by an office tenant, a handling charge will be assessed to the Tenant. Contact Building Management for labor rates.

Mail carts and hand trucks are not permitted in the Lobby or in the passenger elevators. Tenant’s mailroom personnel must use the freight elevator for mail carts and hand trucks. One mailroom personnel per Tenant is permitted freight elevator access. Tenants with storage space on the parking levels must contact Building Management prior to moving any materials to or from the space. Luggage carriers similar to those used by flight attendants to transport brief cases and other soft materials are permitted on passenger elevators.

Regarding the delivery of bottled water, the Tenant must be present to receive the merchandise when delivered. The water cannot be left outside the suite under any circumstances.

All daily newspaper, periodical, journal and magazine deliveries are to be placed on the desk across from the security console in the main Lobby each morning. Tenants must pick up their respective property from this area by 10:00am daily. Building personnel will dispose of any items not retrieved by the Tenant in a timely manner.

Bicycles and other vehicles are not permitted in the Building or on any elevators. A bicycle rack has been installed on the P-1 level of the Lindbrook Drive parking garage.
