Parking Operations
Regular monthly parking is available to those individuals who have been authorized by Management and Tenant in the Lindbrook parking facilities on a non-exclusive basis. The entrance to these facilities is located at the rear of the Building and is equipped with two card readers that allow access to levels P2, P3, and P4. All regular monthly parkers must park on these levels except when using the car wash service. Card readers have also been placed at both exit lanes from the parking garage. The P1 level has been designated for valet parking of visitors’ cars only.

The VIP parking facilities are located at the north end of the Building and are accessed from Wilshire Boulevard. Access Card readers are located at entry and exit lanes. Individuals authorized to use the VIP garage must park in their reserved space. If a space has not been designated for an individual’s exclusive use, they are to park in any space that is not posted with a “Reserved” sign or any other restricted designation.

In the event an Authorized User does not have his/her card, or it is not functioning properly, monthly parkers should proceed to a monthly entry gate and press the intercom button at the card reader. This intercom will connect the individual directly to the Lobby Attendant who will request verbal identification. UPon confirming the individual’s status as an Authorized User, the Attendant will raise the gate arm from the security console. To exit the parking facilities without an Access Card, follow the same procedures set forth above.

Note: This system is designed with an “Anti-Passback” feature which requires one entry and one exit, in sequence, or the Access Card will not function. Even if the gate arm is in the up position when you approach, please present your card to the card reader to record the entrance or exit.
