Parking Rules and Regulations are included in every Tenant’s Lease. These requirements must be observed by all Authorized Users and visitors to the Building. Non-compliance may result in a loss of parking privileges. Click here for Parking Rules and Regulations form.

Tenant shall submit written notice on the Access Card Application form, containing the names, office addresses and telephone numbers of persons for whom Tenant authorizes parking privileges on a monthly basis (the “Authorized Users”). The Notice shall identify each automobile by make, model and license number. Such Application shall be given to Building Management prior to the commencement of the Lease. No officer, principal, employee, supplier, shipper, customer, visitor, invitee or contractor of Tenant or any other party whose name and address is not contained in the Application shall have any right to park a vehicle in CENTER WEST parking facilities designated for monthly parking and no person, whether or not his name is included in the Application, shall have any right to park a vehicle not identified in the Application without (in either case) paying the parking charge for visitor parking in the area designated for visitor parking.

Tenant and Authorized Users shall comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in these Parking Rules and Regulations, as they may be amended by Landlord from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to modify and amend from time to time such Parking Rules and Regulations as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the Building parking facilities. Landlord may refuse to issue monthly stickers or other identification devices, or to permit parking in the Building parking facility, to any person who violates the Parking Rules and Regulations or any city, state or federal ordinance or law or agreement. If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described in these Rules and Regulations, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord. Garage Managers or attendants are not authorized to make or allow any exceptions to these Rules and Regulations.
