After-hours use by individual Tenants is controlled by the Tenant Override Billing Option system (“TOBO”) and can be activated by using a touch-tone telephone, even from a remote location. Business hours for each Tenant, as they apply to interior lighting and climate control systems (HVAC), are delineated in each lease. The standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and between 9:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday (exclusive of Building holidays). To activate lighting and HVAC outside of the standard hours of operation, follow the procedures outlined below.

Tenants may arrange access to the Building’s after-hours services by obtaining a confidential password from Building Management. This password should be closely guarded, as after-hours requests authenticated by its use will be charged on the Tenant’s rent statement.

After-hours access to one or both of two automated programs may be obtained by using a touch-tone telephone to access CENTER WEST’S TOBO computer. These programs, one for lighting only and the other for HVAC and lighting services, are offered at hourly rates, which can be obtained by calling Building Management.
