TOBO Operating Instructions
1. Log on to TOBO online or call (310) 824-3386.

2. TOBO’s computerized voice will answer “Hello”.

3. Enter your password and press the “#” key.

4. TOBO will then offer these options:

  1. Cancel an override “2″ or “C” (Cancel)
  2. Status of an override “7″ or “S” (Status)
  3. Lighting override “5″ or “L” (Lighting)
  4. HVAC override “4″ or “H” (HVAC/Lighting)
  5. Exit “3″ or “E” (for Exit)

5. Select the appropriate number (2, 7, 5, 4 or 3 as indicated above), followed by the “#” key.

If you press either “4″ (HVAC/Lighting) or “5″ (Lighting), TOBO will instruct you to enter the amount of overtime service required. At this point, enter a three-digit number, with the first digit representing hours, and the following two digits always entered as zeros. Time selections are allotted in one-hour increments. For example, 100 represents one hour, 200 is two hours and 300 is three hours, etc. Follow your entry by pressing the “#” key.

TOBO will repeat the duration selected and ask you to confirm by pressing the “Y” and the “#” key if “Yes”, or “N” and the “#” key if the time is incorrect. At this point, you may perform another function, exit the system, or hang up.

Five minutes before the overtime HVAC and/or lighting is scheduled to terminate, the lights will flash off for one second, so you can either leave the premises or request additional service.

Should you wish to cancel the program prior to its completion, simply call the TOBO system following steps 1 through 4 and press the “2″ (“C”) key to terminate the remainder of the previously requested service.

The total charge for after-hours usage during the monthly billing period will appear on your next rent statement.
